Night Vision Images

These images are taken using a Nightvision Monocular connected to a telescope, a Huawei P20 Pro Smartphone is then used to capture long exposures (up to 30 seconds) which, without further processing, approximate to the visual view obtainable through the eyepiece. Whilst very expensive, this kit is highly effective at making faint objects visible from light polluted skies and WAG is fortunate to have several members who are happy to share the amazing views.
